GW Manufacturing is proud to promote diversity and inclusion in its workforce and was recently given an award for its efforts by the Taichung City government. The award, officially named “The Outstanding Performance Award for Agencies (institutions) performing well on employing the physically and mentally disabled in Taichung City in 2019” was given to GW in an award ceremony at City Hall earlier this year.
GW believes that diversity of experience leads to more points of view and creativity and this gives us an advantage to solving problems. In addition, upper management recognizes that all people, regardless of their abilities, can make a meaningful contribution and that small modifications to the office and factory layout and flexible human resources policies allow all people to reach their full potential.
If you’re interested in learning more about our policies or employment opportunities at GW Manufacturing you can contact us on the about section of this website.
